Obituary of Delores A Hoffman

Port Allegany - Delores A Hoffman, 81, of Port Allegany, died Tuesday (August 26, 2014) at her home in Port Allegany. She was born Aug 4, 1933 in Bradford, a daughter of Eugene W. and Anna Johnson Bond, In 1957 in Bradford she married D. George Ernst who died in 1972. On Dec. 17 1977 in Port Allegany, PA, she married Nowry Hoffman, who survives. Mrs. Hoffman was a 1951 graduate of Bradford High School. Mrs. Hoffman was employed by North Penn Gas Co as a secretary in the accounting dept. retiring in 1986 In addition to her husband, she is survived by Grand Daughter, Yvonne M.(Tom)Tanner of Germantown, MD Two Great Grandchildren, Kimella Pearl Tanner and Donovan William Tanner Two step son, Ralph E. Hoffman of Port Allegany, PA, and Royce (Diane) E. Hoffman of Martinez, GA; Three step daughter, Sharon (Philip) D. Parrish of Zephyrhills, FL, Scarlet (Lester) D. Pardoe of Forksville, PA, and Eunice (Scott) R. Freer of Cyclone, PA. four sisters: Lorraine Bentley of Bradford, PA, Phyllis Pingel of Ann Arbor, MI, Marilyn Vecellio and Gloria Hanson both of Bradford, PA She was preceded in death by her parents a daughter, Stephanie M. Thomas and grand-son, Kevin A. Donovan. Graveside services will be held on Saturday September 6, 2014 at 10AM in Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Randall Headley officiating.
